I actually enjoy WoW arena, but I think the hype vid for that event was lackluster compared to the Hearthstone one. The hearthstone video is very good I just can't get super hyped about the game itself haha

I think general consensus is that terrans are slightly favored (not a lot, best player usually wins imo) with the current map pool. However neither Jaedong or Stardust are the top players of their races, soO, Zest and herO are the ones to look out for this WCS finals!

Life, MC and Taeja will rek those scrubs though, so people will whine again.

because he will win... LOL kespa toss too IMBA

Classic lost with buffed stalkers, buffed MSC, on maps like daedulus, polar night, yeonsu, heavy rain and frost.

What's your prediction for the series.

I dont have one. Classic has played like 5 maps of TvP in the last 2-3 months.

The real question is, will he ever nexus first again in his life?

Polt doesn't strike me as a 2 raxer vs toss.

OK, follow-up question: people have been saying for years that the bigger a map, the harder it is for Terran because of reinforcing distance. This is by far the biggest map pool we've ever had, with only one map being smaller than Whirlwind... so is map size not that big a deal after all?

Terran actually was suffering a lot and only started to dominate again recently after a bunch of Protoss nerfs and Terran buffs. Before that Zerg was dominating at the end of WoL and Protoss dominated HotS.

Zerg has probably been the weakest race throughout the year, but thank god we have soO.

Oh, by the way, I can officially go on as a math teacher, I won the bet involving me becoming a pastor since even if San wins the whole thing, it won't be against Stardust/JD.

I actually think Life can upset Zest, he's so good offline.

But still give advantage to Zest, but like 60/40.

Anything that favors T drop play also favors muta play, so TvZ isn't as much affected as TvP. On Nimbus you basically have to hope the T messes up or play Phoenix colossi. It's a fundamentally bad map for this match-up, far more than Yeonsu.

Wouldn't totally agree on that. Some maps are better for dropping then defending against drops, imo. :-P

Those maps aren't that huge, and huge maps like Deadwing are indeed hard for T.
