August Monthly Final

OlimoLeague is a weekly Korean online tournament for StarCraft II players run by Olimoley . Hosted every Saturday night, OlimoLeague is a single elimination, best of 1 format until the round of 16. The round of 16 is best of 3 format with the finals being a best of 5. Players of any region can participate in the tournament, but the default server is KR server.
In addition to the weekly tournaments, a $500 monthly final will be hosted at the end of each month with the top weekly contestants. Participants are determined by how many points they've accumulated from the weekly tournaments.

Monthly Finals Prize Pool: $500
1st place - $250
2nd place - $150
3rd place - $50
4th place - $50
Format:
Quarterfinals are best of three.
Semifinals are best of 5.
The Finals are best of 7 (two maps repeating)

How will seeding be determined for this? There are a couple of big ties in points among those qualified.

It's whoever earned the most points in the least attempts. So Ryung only participated once to get his points while the other people tied with him were in more tournaments. Olimoley can confirm this...

We talked pretty extensively about this, actually. Zombiegrub & Rifkin both being in Toronto for FanExpo/IEM would have meant delaying the Monthly Finals until the next weekend, and both Olimoley & us decided it'd be best to keep the very first monthly on schedule. We were happy to yield the cast for the good of the league :D
We will see you nerds Sept 6th though.

I was talking for matchups, but the good miss Olimoley showed that those are random.

Crazy game indeed!
I found it very annoying that people was complaining about DTs in these situations when Terran can steal similar games by lifting their buildings. Talk about bias...

Ahh haha, I'm sorry you took it so seriously. Funny events turned into a funny game, yelling 'FUCKIN DETECTION' and 'FUCKIN OVERGROWTH' and 'IF ONLY RAVENS WERE BETTEEER' was fun.

D: sorry, my mistake then. I tunned in mid-game and it seems I didn't get your humour guys at all! Or maybe it was a part of me remembering all the games Terrans have lifted their stuff and I got angry
