I was thinking the same thing but mainly because I wanted both Zest and SK to advance

Haven't watched the GSL in over a year. I used to pay for HD each season and watch on the GomTV website. Is it all free on youtube now? How long after live matches are they added to youtube? Is there premium? The GomTV website is very confusing I find.

is there something wrong on Liquipedia or will there really be no GSL for an entire week before they go into Group B? if so, why?

IEM. sOs is playing in it, as is Flash. They possibly could have switched groups B & C and had that group tomorrow since Maru dropped out but they might have delayed group B before they knew he would do so.

You can get free English VODs of the first map of each series on Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/user/exp). You can get all the VODs by subscribing to their Twitch channel. Not sure how long it takes for things to get uploaded.
You can also get free Korean VODs of all the games here (https://www.youtube.com/user/expKR). Korean VODs usually take about a day to get uploaded, the Korean stream is also on their Youtube channel, and you can rewind Youtube streams while they're live so if you miss a game you can watch it during a break or something which is really nice.

Aware yourself. The line up in IEM Toronto is ridiculous.

Who is this dude that looks like a rat and plays like a rat?

So I visited the past broadcast sections of GSL on Twitch, and immediately see Soulkey thumbnail in the second video. I knew immediately that he was in the loser bracket. Creating spoiler free VODs seem too hard for GOM even when they are the only one who get paid to do it.

Sucks to see a matchup like Zest/Soulkey in the final match but I guess things like that need to happen when the groups are this stacked.

Refer to caznitch post. I always go for the hours-long vods. Never had a problem with spoilers or watching matches out of order etc.

Holy crap that second Zest v Soulkey series was epic. One of the best bo3's I've seen in a while. Couldn't believe Soulkey managed to pull out Game 1 with that nydus after falling so far behind, then Game 2 was just insane, so up-and-down throughout. Crazy final desperate push from Zest, after getting his last mining bases continuously denied, to overwhelm Soulkey's maxed late-game composition (iirc they showed army supply right before the fight and Soulkey was over 20 ahead). What an engagement, all those Archons and Immortals just refused to die, and some seriously value storms.
