Your math is super wrong considering BST is BRITISH summer time and the OP says 1pm

Wow, I'm actually amazed at how I got that so wrong. Whoops
Looked at the bracket just now and it looks pretty sweet :O MarineKing, Harstem, Seed, Revival, etc... Hope I can stay awake for this one; I missed the last two T_T

Basically whoever was told it was a bo3 before they left/their opponent left are playing a bo3. Some other people played a bo1 quickly and one person logged off, nothing we can really do.
One day the brackets will be 100% right off the bat ;o;
The titles were preset before the players checked in - Challonge removed the FINALS tab instead of the ro64 tab causing the tabs to be messed up. Therefore the players thought they were playing a bo1 in the Ro32 when they were actually in the Ro16 which is a bo3. I apologize to the players for the error and will pay closer attention to the tabs before allowing the bracket to go live.
Only 3 players have not been able to contact their opponent, the rest are playing out their Ro16 as a bo3. Once again, I'm sorry for the mix up and the confusion it caused.

That's unfortunate, but at least most people can contact their opponents.

The notable signups list is growing with each cup. I guess, the information just needs a while to be spread.

A lot of the time the league has been clashing with big tournaments/WCS/Code S or players just on break after their proleague commitments so far, once that clears a bit I think you'll see more in
Noob Rifken. Crank knows tat Yonghwa knows that Crank isnt stupid enough to make a dt in tower range. Thus Crank built it in tower sight range and it is thus the best spot!

I used a similar line of reasoning to hatch first in ZvZ on overgrowth. It did not pan out well.

you were merely one step behind in the mindgames.
You mean like YongHwa wanting another dark shrine?
Noob Rifken. Yonghwa knew that Crank that Yonghwa is too good to proxy another dt shrine in the bottom of the map. Thus Yonghwa proxied a dt shrine there assuming that Crank would scout there with a hallucuniated phoenix to scout for a proxy fleat beacon and thus he could cancel it into making a templar archives later.
But that dastardly Crank was up the mindgame again and didn't scout, thus Yonghwa was forced to keep it, but it was all part of his plan. If you look at all the hints and foreshadowing and take into account he is Protoss, it is all part of his plan to win the game!
