Question: in 2013 when players did the SCV pull all-in (particularly Innovation) they normally went with 2-3 Ghosts. Is there any reason why that has fallen out of the meta?

You're being harsh. I watched Classic games in ro8, ro4 and finals, and he didn't look like an abuser or a lucky fucker, he just played very well. He's probably not the most relevant GSL winner, but I'll never show disrespect to someone who won a GSL, especially in this era. You can't blame him for having difficulties in dealing with his success (how to find motivation in training when you've already reached the pinnacle ?), Dear had the same problems, and I can swear, Dear is a god. I have infinite respect for Seed, Sniper, RorO, even though they aren't the shiniest players and have fallen down a bit after their crown... I'm pretty convinced luck or balance don't make a GSL champion.
