He couldn't stop the push anyway, but it looked like he got a lot of Probe kills in the natural with Zealot warp ins, but I'm only speculating from the mini-map. It also explains why Desrow was able to ballon his force so quickly compared to Theory, because Theory was spending warp-ins on the other side of the map.

It was kind of a rhetorical question. Theres a round of 64 because they thought they would have enough to fill 32 Groups of 4. Turns out they weren't even close. Should have just kept to 18 groups and just increased group sizes keeping the top 2.

It's really shocking to me that this tournament has such a weak player pool.. $25k prize pool isn't bad at all plus it qualifies you for a $50k event later in the year. Really surprised that a bunch of Koreans weren't flown out for it. Oh well it's good for the NA scene at least.

Because Red Bull is the new NA pioneer. I think it is good to inject money like this into the scene, especially since they know that there is a good chance their player Bomber will get a hefty return (most likely top 4 at least), and it gives some diversity for the final event in DC. Personally I love that they are doing this, Americans do work hard, and it is hard for them to keep motivated to continue and strive to improve with things like this.

I'm just surprised Koreans didn't fly in. Pretty sure there wasn't any type of region locking aside from having to pay for flight/accommodations. Which can be big but any top Korean would have been extremely favored to win and guaranteed top 4 at least which would make most of his money back, get wcs points, and potentially get a spot in DC.
