And terran only have one major tournament win by Masa in February, a measly online tournament with 5k prize pool, since November of 2013. Nice.

When you say "besides Taeja" you mean the 2 most recent non-GSL major tournaments? Not that I disagree with your general sentiment, but it's a pretty big thing to sweep HSC and Dreamhack under the rug like you did.

Well when there is one player who is performing really well the logical conclusion is that that player is performing really well, when you have multiple players of the same race (Zest, trap, Classic, sOs, HerO, San, herO, MC) all winning tournaments in the same period of time that's much more of a trend than one player.

Oh, and by the way, it's nobody's fault if INnoVatioN choked hard enough not to materialize Terran's last period of "dominance" (I don't like to talk about imbalance). Add to this that INnoVatioN, Bomber won the global seasons and that Maru took the OSL that played GSL role, and we have to tone down this judgement.

Let's hope it's another two years before a Terran reaches the final, and then loses. That would be a real fun fact. I could always do with two years of laughing at the saltiness.

Every period of sc2 has had crying from whatever race wasn't winning. it's not unique to any group True, but I think people tend to have some bias in favor of Terran because the mechanical aspects of the race are more blatant. It's harder to see what makes a good Protoss player, because the differences between a grandmaster and a world class player are subtle, though huge. It's easier to see how good Maru or INnoVatioN are because their good moves are spectacular. Good Protoss moves are often so subtle and decision making based people usually overlook them... Then again, people will always whine and I guess we'll have to deal with that until the end of times.

Quiet you with your "logic" and "reason". Sad to see Soo lose. I hope he isn't really retiring and that its just a depressed tweet

I feel bad for SoO, but I also feel a little bad for Classic now. His GSL win will always be marred by the fact that it devastated his team mate. The environment in SKT must be, to say the least, in a weird place at the moment; hope oov sorts it out.

Not disagreeing with the general sentiment, as I said, but just wanted to have some level of honesty by not ignoring that the recent BIG victories had also been by terran. When you oversimplify facts to try to overstate your side of an argument, it just makes you less trustworthy in my eyes.
