Only against a player who uses a lot of Phoenixes (otherwise, Mutas tear other Air units apart). And even then, both Infestors and Spores are better.

Queen, Ultra, Ling, Infestor(and some Vipers occasionally) is sick composition, it is just that many Zergs misuse it, had bad engagement/bad micro and keep attacking off creep. SoO did great this game, played completely defensive, was waiting on creep but Classic never attacked on creep. He eventually banked so much and killed so many probes that he went for attack and could re-max instantly after the attack where Classic couldn't.
