Seriously who the hell wants to watch Patraeus, Miniraser or hendralisk games over the likes of Jaedong, Bomber and Life games? They qualified for Pool Play and they're only showing the Pool Play games, that's just how it goes. If MLG wants continuation of its tournaments and support, shouldnt they be listening to the viewers? They just made a comeback to the scene, they should be entering with a bang with an impressive though as we've grown accustomed with MLG (WHICH IS WHY THERE WAS TONS OF HYPE ENTERING THIS DAMN TOURNAMENT) Instead.. - Fire Alarms - Internet goes down and 2 hour late start - Not streaming series we all want to see - Not exposing open brackets which is WHATS SO GREAT about MLG Why invite star power when you don't even promote your star power? Absolutely atrocious MLG tournament thus far Many of the things you mention are out of their control, and the star power that is in the Open Bracket signed up, they didn't invite them to MLG. Inviting would imply that they sent out an invitation and paid for their flights. Fire alarms, again in my previous post, yes, that is out of their control. I understand that. But let's see.. - caster's not being heard during games.. - being ill-prepared leading to an unnecessary late start, which pisses off not only the fans but puts unnecessary stress on the players (but then again, since when does MLG care about their players) - not being flexible in their schedule and not showing key big name matches yea no...it's pretty much in their control, they've just done a terrible job at it. I find it baffling that you're actually implying it hasnt been that bad thus far.
so now MLG is suddeny supposed to be prepared and able to immediately react to city wide internet problems? I understand the rest of you complaints but it's not their fault the internet went crap
also unstreamed open bracket matches aren't really anything knew for most tournaments. I mean only like the last round or two of the IPL4 open bracket was shown, show its not just an mlg problem. I think what hurts MLG though is no great matches in their open bracket so naturally people will be disappointed

Just woke up... that might be the problem... brain not working =) Is there any way to watch the earlier games?

Past MLGs do stream later stages of their open bracket whenever there are big matches going on, often putting players in mainstage if need be. I remember thorzain MC rematch happening back then early on during open bracket and they did put them on mainstage. But come on, would you rather see Jaedong vs Siegemode rather than pool players ? I rather see Jaedong vs (Insert Popular Player here) or Bomber vs Keen, or Choya vs Oz where there is something on the line (the threat of being put into the loser brackets) than watching pool play between players who lesser skilled players, who have already received plenty of exposure through other tournaments where their series doesnt mean as much as the winner/losers advancement/placements

Sweden Life's greatest weakness, much to Zealousy's hatred.

At this point, it's pretty much assured that Huk's gonna pick up points from MLG.
