They qualified for Pool Play and they're only showing the Pool Play games, that's just how it goes. If MLG wants continuation of its tournaments and support, shouldnt they be listening to the viewers? They just made a comeback to the scene, they should be entering with a bang with an impressive though as we've grown accustomed with MLG (WHICH IS WHY THERE WAS TONS OF HYPE ENTERING THIS DAMN TOURNAMENT) Instead.. - Fire Alarms - Internet goes down and 2 hour late start - Not streaming series we all want to see - Not exposing open brackets which is WHATS SO GREAT about MLG Why invite star power when you don't even promote your star power? Absolutely atrocious MLG tournament thus far Many of the things you mention are out of their control, and the star power that is in the Open Bracket signed up, they didn't invite them to MLG. Inviting would imply that they sent out an invitation and paid for their flights.

What the heck happened to TLO this tournament?

I'm enjoying watching some of the NA heroes that we never get to see. Am I missing out on some korean matchups in the open bracket? Yeah but do I care? Not really, because I have GSL, WCS, Proleague, Dreamhack, and every other tournament to watch koreans smash heads. Also, there will likely be a lot of koreans finishing highly at this tournament, so it's only a matter of time. For now why not enjoy the pool players that they are showing? They're still really good players, and chances are you will get to see your korean stars playing most of tomorrow and nearly all of sunday. Calm down please.

Some unfair criticisms there. Past MLGs do stream later stages of their open bracket whenever there are big matches going on, often putting players in mainstage if need be. I remember thorzain MC rematch happening back then early on during open bracket and they did put them on mainstage. But come on, would you rather see Jaedong vs Siegemode rather than pool players ?

HuK seems like an extremely slow player...

All I wanted was to be able to watch the JD games :/

Obviously there was nothing that could be done about the alarm (as far as a we know) and the internet issues (though it was annoying as hell), but I do agree they could def do better as far as what matches they are putting on the main stage. Fans will stay to see JD and DRG and Life, not Hendralisk or Miniraser.

But let's see.. - caster's not being heard during games.. - being ill-prepared leading to an unnecessary late start, which pisses off not only the fans but puts unnecessary stress on the players (but then again, since when does MLG care about their players) - not being flexible in their schedule and not showing key big name matches yea no...it's pretty much in their control, they've just done a terrible job at it. I find it baffling that you're actually implying it hasnt been that bad thus far.

catz might be upset bv the result so the title can still work.
stinkis we're not seeing bomber keen or heat v ragnorak. The talent level in the pools is pretty disappointing. Not really anything they can do about it though. a 3rd stream would be great but since its their first tourney in a while maybe they didn't want to try to do too much.
problems in other games too apparently. an injustice game got a giant delay because the 360 was apparently pre-update on the game

Why is group A so much harder?
