Currently? No, certainly not. Does´nt change my point, though.

It does, actually. If one player is currently good and the other isn't (Scarlett/Vortix), one of two players (MMA/jjakji) of roughly equal skill shouldn't be losing to the inferior player. I disagree that losing to Vortix is "embarrassing" since the guy is pretty good still, but I can see the reasoning.

Then again, jjakji likely wins that, and that's one less foreigner for midnight (yeah, I don't personnally care, I'm just playing the hype)

Yeh, I think she may have "revoulutiozed" TvZ. At least, I have a hard time seeing terran have any chance vs this unless they get some Ravens.

Abusing mass mutas is nothing new, nor revolutionary...

But the way he abuses the Baneling landmines all the time to secure the path for the Mutalisks to go back seems REALLY strong. On the other side I think Jjakji should just have gone for the kill instead of moving back and forth all the time. Pretty bad idea against someone like Scarlett imo.

Basetrades are hopeless since Zerg sees everything, kills your OCs and can spam hatch everywhere anyway.

Do you think jjakji misplayed when he got his third sniped?

Can't tell, was on another screen when it happened.

What are you going to do with Ravens?

Sob on their shattered remains.

HSM your medivac and speedbust to the mutaball ezpz

That's too creative for it to work

And the mutas would regen their health too.

sniping orbitals to abuse burrowed banelings is

It feels good seeing Zerg using burrowed banes at all, its so cheap and can do so much damage, yet only very few people actually do it

They work best if you, you know, detonate them though.

J/k mucho love Scarlett, but you have to stop giving me heart palpitations like that, I'm not a young buck anymore.

Maybe one day a foreign terran can win a series again. Or a game. Or well maybe at least make the game look close

You should trust Wulfen man. A star in the making.

You gotta be brave if you want to try your luck as terran as a foreigner, maybe he is the hero we need..

It's not a double standard. There are exactly two foreigners who are considered to be on par with mid/ top Koreans, and they're Scarlett and Naniwa. Vortix isn't ever even in the conversation lol which is why it's embarrassing for MMA to lose to him.

Also, I like Scarlett more than Vortix ffs. I'm allowed to cheer for one and not the other.

We only accept Bo69s.

Eh, in general I don't really care who is better or not, I just think lots of people don't rate VortiX appropriately because they dislike him for whatever reason. Maybe because he did well in late WoL while not being Scarlett.

Scarlett participates in many more tournaments than Vortix, can't blame Vortix's skills for her being more prominent representing the foreigners in the international scene.

It's a patchwork stream (Grubby is obs/Khaldor is admin) as all the technical issues stalled the main production. They hope to have everything up for tomorrow.
