Just saying. Without that, we're all just shouting messages down a wind tunnel thinking that maybe people heard us, without any feedback or knowing that what we're shouting is complete and utter BS. I know but this guy is really sticking on my posts a bit too much. plus you were actually right in that situation, he really shouldn't have tried to get muta's and ultras once his muta ball was reduced to 9 he should have just kept that small muta count for drops and made infestors to help in the big engages. Why? Do you have any pro replay/VoD of that being an effective strategy? Are you really going to say that trying to remake a muta ball and an ultralisk based army is the right thing to do in low econ? You are calling people out on how much they know in the matchup but i am getting a vibe you really don't know that much from a zerg standpoint, he had ZERO chance to make another muta ball and actually have good fights, and saying anything other then that is just ludicrous. I do believe that mutas are stronger than infestors in that situation, yes. And I'm just asking for a reason to switch into infestor over mutalisks at that point, since almost every pro game I see they keep making mutalisks. I'm gladly proven wrong!
Well in that game, it would have been better to have 5-6 infestors then it was to have 9 extra mutalisks in the fight, If you can get a solid army of like 30 muta's with ultras and ling/bane i think its WAY better then and infestor based army, but in THAT GAME he did not have the economy to make that muta ball while getting the ultras. The infestors can really lock down that army and the banes can actually connect. When you are trying to make a comeback don't do it the way you can't afford
He already had those 9 mutas, thats all you need for drops with a group of lings, just don't use them in the fights. The infestors add so much more depth in a large fight then mutas do, and that should have been the whole goal of SoO that game.

If he doesn't know "shaken not stirred", maybe he's just clueless in general and not just about SC2. He's a casting idiot savant.

We agree to disagree then! I don't think infestors would've done that much. They are slow and easy to counter imo.
No need to clutter the LR thread anymore, let's cheer for the greatest GSL champion of all time instead!

All the more reason to fear it. I think it may be a hybrid between a malkavian and lasagne.
