@op is there a particular reason those dots on the left are there instead of using centering? It imo makes it seem slightly off.
So I did a few small modifications to make it look a bit nicer as well as a few more small touches and came up with this:

I would make the templates except for two reasons.
-Someone else is doing it already. 
-I really don't have time, heck I barely have time to ever live report.
