No idea how good Select is now so that one could go either way. Vipro is good but his opponents are favored.
TL 4-0 is definitely possible. They should win no matter what though.

Twitch doesn't lagg atm if you have stuttering its due to your connection.
Here 1080 works flawless.

They wanted to streamline it for users of browsers and mobile devices. Basically they want to generate more viewers by giving most broadcasters the apparent same quality settings.
Source is the original video, high is 720p/480p, medium is 480/360 and low is 240p iirc.
And that overlay is pretty sweet

I wouldn't be surprised if they fixed the resolution after this game ends.
This might be related to the Twitch transcode changes? Just guessing.

It seems to be 192/360/720/1080 for low/med/high/source. I used to watch 480p for 90% of my time on twitch and it seems to be gone now for some reason.

Good enough by TL. Taeja never really looked bothered by anything. HerO looked a bit shaky but played pretty flawlessly once he got to macro
