Yeah, but she has shown the capacity to dominate aLive in a macro game, as per WCS AM, so I'm not 100% set on how I feel about the matchup. :d Though aLive has been on particular form around the time of WCS Finals, so maybe I should focus more on his trouncing of Scarlett there since that might be his more relevant form.
I can't wait for the match, I have such a hard time evaluating aLive and Scarlett against other players, I need to see more games, lol.

Should have just built 20 lings, morph banes and killed Revival.
Revival only had 1 bane... and no possibility of building more. Bly just picked the worst time to drone. By the time he had the lings and blings out after the round of droning, the bling nest was up for Revival and he built a ton to defend...

Really thought he was trading pretty even.
But the casters were kinda railing on Revival's control so maybe both weren't doing too hot.
I just thought it was brilliant of Bly to snipe the bling nest and spine with his banes, and thought he did it to set up a killing wave where his opponent couldn't build defensive blings. Then the moment the spine and bling nest was killed he built 10 drones....
Weird. But then these are pro-gamers so they probably had their reasons I'm missing.

if you aren't going to add infestors you need to find a way to push back the phoenix with corruptors and then snipe the stargates with muta before the phoenix count gets that high.

I had better upgrades, I had like 20 corruptors that are meant to be an anti air unit(I mean they cant do anything else) and all he did was make pure phoenix so as far as I know Acer will advance to play-offs anyway and it was ok for me to lose the match even though i was trying to win. I could've won that game in 100 different ways but I don't enjoy 10 minute death timer which is very similar to broolord in WoL(meaning even if u have advantage in mid game as Z you probably need to go into late game)

That is true.. corruptor is such a underwhelming unit! You can't trust those bastards.. mutas are good but they have very hard counters!
Anyways with your control, some infestors would have made it.. with my control.. i would have lost no matter what!
Practice more dude.. everybody knows you can acomplish more then you have in HOTS! I'm a fan..

I know I would win, all i needed to do is a-move to his 3rd with muta/corruptor and block phoenix from mutas. I could make infestors but I felt like they are not needed. Wanted to trade since I had better upgrades and superior economy.

Isn't it only the top 2 teams that go to Bucharest? So you can't have EG, Liquid, and Acer there.

Just checked that again, you´re right, first round of playoffs are online. In this case, gl against every non-mouz-team in the playoffs.

I think a lot of what went down had to do with where the fights took place after all the voids and colossus died. Pull back, wait for a few more corruptors and mutas then pick a fight over his third. Phoenix suddenly don't have enough room to micro or Protoss will lose the Nexus. As long as you keep the Corruptors between the Phoenix and Mutas, a few cannons and a photon overcharge shouldn't matter very much. I mean, you were already pretty much doing this except in the middle of the map or at your own bases.

Oh man, how have I never heard of this league before? Can't wait to check this out when I get home.
If this goes to the ace match I hope it's Jaedong vs mma or scarlett, either one would make for an epic final. Or maybe even Alive vs Scarlett for a third time (is this possible in this team league format?) so far they have a really fun rivalry between wcs america and the finals this past weekend.
Also, it'll be nice to hear Incontrol casting again, I've barely seen him since NASL.
