MC is like the least introverted Korean on earth, and has significantly more personality than most foreigners as well. If one were to make a list of the progamers with the most personality, he'd have to be near the top. And the whole "people should only play in their native region" argument is stupid. It's not like Premier League only features players native to the UK, or the only basketball players in the NBA are American. No sports league worth a damn excludes worthy players based on nationality, its sort of pathetic that some people want SC2 to be the lone exception. The two biggest sporting events in the World are the Olympics and the World Cup. Do they care about nationality? Yes, they do. And you know the US sends more athletes to Olympics compare with say Canada. And World Cup gives Europe more 'slots'. Again, region lock would be fine if they lowered the prize pool of the regionals and put it in the world finals. And that Koreans get like 12 spots, EU 2, NA 1 and China 1. Not sure why people are shitting on the Koreans coming over to NA/EU. Do people realize very few players actually come from Korean TEAMS (Nestea, Mvp, duckduck)... The majority are from NA/EU teams like Liquid, EG, Axiom in NA, Acer, SK, Quantic in EU. If the western teams didn't pick up Koreans, most Koreans wouldn't be able to afford coming to play in NA/EU (they probably need to make Ro4 just to break even). So if you want to point fingers at people 'destroying' EU/NA, why not complain about the teams?

The two biggest sporting events in the World are the Olympics and the World Cup. Do they care about nationality? Yes, they do. Events =/= leagues. I'd love a once every 4 years (or hell, once a year even) nationality-based tournament. But to have the main tournaments/leagues that are always being played be limited by nationality would be idiotic, no different than limiting Premier League to UK native or NBA to Americans. The biggest sports league in the world, the NFL only has Americans..just saying. That's probably because the US is the only country that actually plays the sport. It's not the biggest in the world, it's the biggest in america. And I'm pretty sure there's non americans too.

GO SCARLETT Yeah, we definitely don't have enough threads of people whining about how WCS isn't region locked every time their favorite player loses. Blame it on Blizzard, it's not the players fault they lost in a 1v1 game or anything. Can't wait for more of those to crop up.

Duckduck is such a mediocre player, he doesnt deserve this. His play is so stupid that nobody even thinks of this platindonk strats like in the last game. Whoa...come one now. Thats a bit harsh, no? HARSH? I tried to put it as nice as i could possible... I would say much "harsher" words, but i try to calm myself down. Sry but this "duckduck" guy is just a bad player. He is some good control, and some "nice" builds. But he doesnt have a brain he is a mindnumbing player in every MU. He doesn't have a brain? sorry man but what you're saying is rude and frankly unfounded. How about "i didnt do any dmg with my stargate 4 phönix opening, ah fuck it lets allin on 4 gates."? Did it work? It seems like you are just upset at the result. It's not Finale's fault he won. Because i so much dislike his play in every MU. Grubby won in a really nice straight up no cheese fashion against vortix with smart and good play. Duckduck just allins nearly every fucking game with premade builds against any race, he doesnt give a damn what the other player is doing. He is the definition of a buildorder protoss. Grubby is a much smarter and better player. He reacts to his opponent. Duckduck just allins no matter what. All i see in duckduck is a allinbuildorder toss. A disgrace for the protoss race. If you want to watch smart toss play i would recommend grubby or rain (at a higher level). You clearly never watched Finale before this tournament. But you are entitled to your opinion.
