Ok, the finals are on now. Stop derailing with complaints about WCS region system! - Begin page 109 |
Getting sent to every single tourney, invited to every single tournament, yet never wins jack. Then go on twitter and make excuses saying 'I'm only a part time player. I will never become a fulltime player. LOL....

Yes, they do. the English Premier League is such a massive brand worldwide, exciting mix of talent / nationalities. imagine if all the club teams just had solely English players. hahaha that would be dire, no one would give a shit then.

Especially since the "ESL" headphones are really uncomfortable I don't see the problem as long as the headphones are adequately noise cancelling. If they allow Grubby I'm sure others are allowed the same as long as they bring headphones that are equally soundproof. Obviously the standard green Razer headset will not be accepted. It is the same as when Hero brought his own chair to the OGN studio. they are not. How does that contradict anything I said. Lucifron did not say he knew anything about how noise cancelling Grubby's headphones are, neither did he mention whether he (or Vortix) was allowed the same. Vortix would know if he was allowed to use his own set of headphones>< Maybe Vortix headphones are not noise cancelling, maybe Vortix didn't ask so he would know or maybe Vortix asked but didn't tell Lucifron. All that tweet says is that they have different headsets and that Lucifron is surprised about this fact. What about Lucifron? Did Lucifron forget to tell Lucifron that he was allowed to use a different headset? It is not exactly unheard of that players do not read rules, especially the fine print when it comes to equipment. It may just be ignorance. It may also just be that whatever sponsored headset Lucifron gets through mouz does not provide adequate sound proofing so he was told that he was not allowed to use that one. Do you really think ESL are stupid enough not to test the headsets or knowingly give Grubby license to cheat and broadcast it all the time on camera? I hope not. Let's stick to the facts. 16 players only 1 used special headphones. Special treatment until proven otherwise.

Events =/= leagues. I'd love a once every 4 years (or hell, once a year even) nationality-based tournament. But to have the main tournaments/leagues that are always being played be limited by nationality would be idiotic, no different than limiting Premier League to UK native or NBA to Americans.

Yeah I am sure "all the" finale fans are just scrolling through.

Someday someone is gonna make a complete and deciding post on why closed regions is the only way to go. I´m neither qualified to express it properly nor have the patience to attempt it. In the meantime, we are gonna have shitty top 8 for ever regional in wcs until things change.

Did it work? It seems like you are just upset at the result. It's not Finale's fault he won.
Because i so much dislike his play in every MU. Grubby won in a really nice straight up no cheese fashion against vortix with smart and good play. Duckduck just allins nearly every fucking game with premade builds against any race, he doesnt give a damn what the other player is doing. He is the definition of a buildorder protoss. Grubby is a much smarter and better player. He reacts to his opponent. Duckduck just allins no matter what.
All i see in duckduck is a allinbuildorder toss. A disgrace for the protoss race. If you want to watch smart toss play i would recommend grubby or rain (at a higher level).

Um, I am pretty sure if we were to compare the English Clubs to SC2, we would compare them to Clans, not individual players.
