As I eat a lot of steaks & BBQ, I hope this stuff is amazing in the US and especially Florida. I've been 2 times before in Florida and love it - at least as a tourist.
Now hopefully I will see some great PvP cheeses or all-ins I can use. Jim's games looked absolutely amazing so far.
