If every single GM was inactive and got kicked out, would GM be 0 or would the next 200 Master's players become GM in their place? | ||

I dunno but i can guarantee that top masters players (the real top, not the yolo guys i'm top 25 in my scrubby division) have better mmr than the bottom of gm so it'd fill at least a bit even if there is a mmr barrier. | ||
