This week is full of Acer TeamStory Cup action! This one is a cracker: Millenium, currently number 1, is facing Team Liquid. Despite Millenium's nine game winning-streak, Team Liquid's mere lineup strength can measure up with the strongest teams anytime. Yet, they cannot carelessly pick up more losses as three teams behind them are vying for its playoff spot
"No All-Kill for you!" says Team Liquid and ends a nine game winning streak. See more Team Liquid action tomorrow against Quantic Gaming!
* = ace. Last player on team can be chosen from the entire lineup, even if the player was eliminated before. ** = revive. Twice per season a team can revive a player that already was eliminated.
the only way i can see mill taking this is because of the latency issues for all of tl except for TLO and Ret seeing how there is like a 3 in game sec delay for korea to eu where the tl guys are living in kr and seeing how all of mill is living in eu they have the advantage but TL has the better line up so hopefully they win it

Like half of what you said there is wrong. It's played on NA so nobody really has much of an advantage. If TL loses, it won't be because of latency. Plus, I don't know exactly, but ForGG might still be living in Korea atm and he's a pretty integral part of Millenium's team.
Also, you might want to look at the standings and the results of the meeting between these two teams in the first half of the season. It wasn't lag there either.

I don't know where you get the impression from that it is played on the EU server. The only competition (besides one day online tournaments) that forces play on EU server is WCS EU. The go-to server between EU and KR was, is, and will be always the NA server.
I think this will be pretty much a coin flip. ForGG and Dayshi are so good right now and Millenium has several guys who can step their game up too.
I would even say that Millenium is slightly favored in this one. But... Dayshi died to several early timing attacks against Protoss and TLO always has ForGGs number (even if TLO struggles a lot against terrans recently).

Wait the new millenium player anouncement is today ? I though it was the 20th.

You got one number right, though it is only at 20:00 pm. Broadcast on MTV.
Calendar entry says mouz vs Liquid instead of Liquid vs Millenium. Please fix it, mousesports fans have already suffered from enough phantom clanwars this week

Well, we don't even know if it's a player announcement. x)
EDIT : BTW, ForGG will be the first player for Millenium.

Threw away his lead when walking over 4-5 Mines with his clumped lings/banes army. After this, he had almost no lings/banes left, so ForGG pushed forward and killed him.

Snute won
Oh, okay. Phew! I thought it was a random time for either of them to gg and I just assumed it was the Zerg since that's what I normally see happen in situations like those.
Not gonna lie that Acer laptop-tablet-thing looked pretty crafty. I'd never buy one, but if I saw someone in Starbucks using one amongst all the Macbooks I'd be like "You, you get it."

I only watched it in parts but essentially, Snute went for Ling pressure into Muta and Goswer straigt for roaches. Snute did damage and sniped Goswers third I think. After that he held Goswer's counterpush with Mutas and went into Roaches himself. From then Snute had the advantage and was able to held Goswers Roach/Queen Nydus attack with a nice flank.

Snute sniped Goswser's third with speedlings and defended the roach pressure with mutas.

Oh yeah, go Snute!
It did seem cool, but I feel like the touchpad would be awkward to use with your palm having to rest on or hover over the keyboard.

He didn't throw the game away. He was behind since the push but he made Dayshi earn his win. When he sieged inside Dayshi's main, he was on the verge of breaking him.
There is no english stream. Starcraft2 so professional. I mean seriously, maybe not the french dudes, but the germans do speak english. Couldn't they just switch language for the community's sake?

i remember TaKe saying something along the lines of "the sponsors want to see german casts" , someone please correct me if I'm wrong

there are so many English casters, why is there no one doing it... it doesn't have to be Rotterdam or Nathanias, but any wanabee pro caster could do it

Most of us are pretty happy with the German stream? Cr4sh is great and blends in just enough English that you know exactly what's happening, and it must be pretty refreshing for Germans anyway. Don't see what the issue is, aside from whatever is preventing Nathanias from casting.

acer team cup doesn't get enough hype because it's unknow for the americans viewers

Maybe some time zone issue. I mean, 3:00 pm in Europe is 9 am in New York, like 6 or 5 am in California...pretty early for american casters.
It reduces a lot the potential number of english speaking casters.

I dont understand why so many people qq about the english stream... for most streams I usually just mute the sound and watch without cast because most casters call things out wrong anyway. If there is no Artosis or Apollo I dont really need casters at all.

Oh, you mean Dayshi and ForGG won their 9 victories BEFORE the hellbat nerf? The other members might not be able to win a single game, but the players that play the good race sure did well. Yes, it is truly surprising how they didn't win today.
