in all the other groups it was the other way around?!? Round robin format, you play everyone in your group.

Round robin with pre-determined order. Talking about that, why are Rain and Fantasy playing eachother last; should´nt tournaments avoid those situations (Teamkill in te last round).

The order was predetermined, the other groups being different is dumb luck.
EDIT: well at least this guy will never forget haha

It started with a couple of people who just wanted to see the Kespa-side do well after the switch, alongside some obnoxious people who hated every single non-Kespa player, then there was the backlash which was just as obnoxious at some point and then it died down a little. Let's keep it that way and live happily ever after, as most of us like some Kespa & non-Kespa players and dislike some Kespa & non-Kespa players.
And honestly, it doesn't matter if one is an "anti-kespa-fanboy" or an "esf-fanboy". Both are pretty annoying in their own way.

He does have a shot if First beat hyvaaa. But I agree that the format is shitty and people will talk about it a lot if Fisrt end up not advancing.

My prediction: Bomber to reach the finals and First to win it all as the next LG-IM Legend of the Fall!

It was absolutely terrible from the ""kespa fanboy""" side for quite some time, LR threads were just terrible. Wasn't just a couple, was like a swarm. People get annoyed and retaliated, which is normal and I don't think it was just as bad like you suggest. Nowadays it seems to have settled down quite well. Of course there's a few baiters around, but it's much better.

Why would they? If he goes up 2-0 but then proceeds to lose 3 games (1 to force tie-breakers, 2 during the tie-breakers) then he's 2-3 and deserves to not pass over people who are either 3-2 or 4-1. It's like saying a bo5 is unfairly lost if one player goes up 2-0 but then loses 2-3.
The advantages of this format are more preparation time (like the brackets) and at least you don't have to play the same person twice, which prevents one bad matchup from ruining your entire tournament. Also, we get more games :D

Yes, I agree, I should've been a little more clear: Pro-Kespa obnoxiousness was present for a much longer time, but at it's peak the Anti-Kespa obnoxiousness (which died down WAY faster, for which I am thankful) was just as annoying.
But yes, let us rejoice that we can now post in LR threads again without this nonsense.

Flash doesnt deserve to be in ro8. Oh well. That was incredibly awful play.
Also, Tasteless with comical gold casting "Evil win!" NEver laughed so hard since the last season's WCS EU casting

Flash's era had been over before the transition to sc2.

It's still pretty weird to set a SKT vs SKT match for the last day, imo. But I don't expect First to lose anyway, he just looked insanely strong this tournament so far (Beside Innovation probably the best I've seen).

Flash just doesnt have the sc2 tvt experience bomber has. Tvt for a long time relied heavily on army comp and build order counters. Flash just didnt play when this type of tvt was the norm in wol and now with hots and the hellbat nerf coming, old school strats are making a comeback. Bomber was among the very best tvt in early wol so I can easily see why flash got SMASHED.
