There was supposed to be one from the beginning (could be derived from the announcement). It was only very unclear for most of the people because they almost never spoke about it and their page and Liquipedia had only the schedule for the first season half.

I got to say, crash is a pretty good caster in a dualcast with a pro. One of the few German casters that doesn't get muted by me.

LucifroN vs Bang was the first dualcast of his I watched with sound, so I can't say much, but it sounded decent. I think I watched a solocast once and thought it was pretty dull.
