A two-Korean WCS EU finals would be disgusting. Unless it was MMA vs. MvP. Then it would be great. I'd prefer Stephano vs MMA tho, you get a player rivalry AND a region rivalry. Don't get me wrong, I love MvP, but hasn't he won enough? :-P
Hmm, TLO wins 3 out of 5 maps against Mana, but Mana advances.
This kind of situation is easily avoided if tournaments add extended series to this group format (which maps directly to a double elim, 4 person tournament w/o a grand final) . Turn the 2nd place advancement match into a BO7 w/ extended series when rematches occur please.

Yes, losing 3-2 (in maps) to Mana CLEARLY disproves that notion.
Ain't hyping TLO, though I like him. Especially his playstyle, always innovative and fun. But one should see that he really pumped up after his stay (or because of, rather) in Korea. I'd love to see TLO in Proleague (or even better: GSTL!), I wonder what he could achieve if he's used as a sniper =).
Picking between Mana and TLO to advance was so hard, both are fun and nice players.
Wow, one knockout for TLO and all the haters are already crawling out of the woodworks...at Dreamhack stockholm, only 2 or so weeks ago, Naniwa didn't even make it to the top 32, but that obviously doesn't mean he's suddenly terrible now, as proven by his top 4 showing at MLG. A bad day for TLO, it happens, but he's definitely got what it takes to be among the top few foreigners, he's proven it before, and I'm sure he will again.

Are you being sarcastic? Extended series has already been discussed. You punish a player for losing a previous match that he has already been punished for. Due to his loss he now has to win the following next two best of threes, compared to just one. Now he won his 2nd bo3 and you want to punish him again for losing his first match, putting him in a disadvantageous position ...? Really.

I agree that his loss to Mana doesn't establish anything bad in particular, but I don't think TLO's ever been seriously considered in the top five foreigners. Top ten mayyybe (and that's still a stretch imo).
I used to like TLO back in the old days when he just switched from Terran to Zerg. I believe it was at a MLG, I remember him playing a game on Scrap Station... the good times. Now adays he just feels so wacky that I cannot even bear myself to watch his games. I am happy he lost... eventhough I don't like Mana either.

I´m sorry your entitlement to TLO´s play makes you sad. At least you can derive some bitter satisfaction from your negativity, so there is at least something.
