Felt like there was more hype during the final hours in HC before.

By now you would think these tournaments wouldnt have such a terrible celebration. Taeja wins 10k and just sits there, lol wtf!? So anti-climatic and boring, fist pump, cheer, or do something.... Happens every-time a korean wins, which is every tournament. Why does he act so shy when hes been doing this forever

Mood is completely different for HSC, small audience, closely packed players and casters, almost no reaction from audience or casters for wins, how are you supposed to get pumped up. I'm watching the finals and the game is pretty exciting but there's no feeling of urgency or hype at all. The finals felt the same as the Ro4 which felt the same as the Ro8 which felt the same as the group stage.

People react to winning in different ways. Some are just too emotionally drained to show much of anything after a big win. Some get incredibly hyped and happy. And MKP cries. In the end, how they react doesn't really mean much to me.

tbh it seems like koreans dont see most foreign tournaments as huge career-changing opportunities, I bet Taeja would be sobbing like Soulkey if he won a GSL
