Proleague does get streamed on Youtube, and Youtube obviously can handle the traffic. Ustream used to be the stream provider of choice about 3 years ago, but back then Starcraft tournaments generally had far less viewers.

Nearly everything is sponsored by twitch nowadays and if WCS points are on the line no other streaming service may be used. If twitch stays dead so will Homestory cup.

viewer numbers shouldn't be a problem for ustream. I remember that eagles nest with 300k+ concurrent viewers
