Strategic builds are fine, cheeses even are fine, take StarDust vs Jaedong series last night, was a battle of Strategic builds, it was fine. But what is not fine, is when 1 strategic build wins the whole series straight up, it just ruins it, no chance to see how the player would respond to it in a game 2, or how a BO3 would of played out after that Strategic/Cheese build. Just ruins everything ;_;
Rivalries aren't made in BO1s too

upsets are part of the fun .... this is a longtime Bisu fan speaking, who has been infamously cheesed out (Bisu vs Bogus final match of Nate MSL Ro32 anyone? T_T) so many times.
Bo1 no preparation is w/e. Bo1 w/ tons of preparation beforehand? I think that's quite exciting, when you consider all of the possible preparation and context. It truly brings a strategic edge to the games, rather than "who has the best mechanics, or knows the most builds".

It doesn't help that they are playing all the Group A and B matches today, instead of stretched out  First game will be strategic, the next games, maybe not
Should have done 2 games per group, 4 groups per day instead
Oh well should be a good day nonetheless

Cheese is risky, and in bo1s like this you can only assume that people are gonna be preparing for it. Pretty much force everyone to bring out their a-game.

I think HotS is different enough game from early WoL, that Bo1 here will work much more like it did in BW then early WoL. And it worked fine in BW... That said, I expect at least one favourite to be cheesed out ^^ (which is cool in my book anyway)

English stream that is, i know some people watch Korean stream but im more interested in English

Doa + Monte were great at the WCS finals but Tastosis are still the most fun imo.
