He gave up golden opportunities to flank those SHs. I don't think many zergs fully understand how these games are supposed to be played; you need to take advantage of locust waves and try to lock them up in large open spaces with fungals, or try to flank with fast units + overseer. You can get by with speedlings+an overseer if your opponent is lacking mutas, watch the locust waves and flank hard. You can do it with hydras, but its more costly and you have to be quick. If theres creep and they spot you flanking, you may not be able to pull it off.

Yeah mass speedling baneling 3 games in a row is pretty good. He knew it would come and could not stop it. Not Lifes problem that his opponents are bad. Its Life, he is good. That second game he wasn't certain. When you have less than 10 lings, 3 queens and 1 spine and only drones vs 20+ lings and 10 or so banes, you are not prepared..

It's annoying to have to jump from stream to stream. I don't mind helping by watching some ads but I must have seen that car ad for 150 times now and I it doesn't help making me want to buy one. It's in the OP Thanks. It wasn't updated this morning, forgot to re-check it.

His ZvT hasn't looked too hot either, even if it is good enough to beat foreigners. I wouldn't say losing to Innovation (his only ZvT loss in like 3 months) is being bad at ZvT I'm just talking about his games so far at Dreamhack.

That's not exactly an upset idk Suppy has been impressive overall but his zvp has definitely been a weakness. he's lost to puck and hellokitty recently in the matchup excluding the losses to HerO in WCS Premier 1-9 in his last 10 zvp before this

Well what do you characterize as bad? The strategies were arguably smart and good... but that game was boring as hell. Locusts vs. locusts? Locusts vs. fungal? Someone please make a locust counter for games, so we know how many are produced in these ZvZs ![]()

I think you misunderstood; I was talking about Miniraser doing mass speedling baneling 3 games in a row, not Life. ![]() Life played reactionary and was on the defensive in every game. I love Life and would never say anything bad about him haha.

I remember in BWC he owned... Almost took down the eventual champ.
