Well, Medivacs can drop cloaked units but it would be kind of weird to have cloaked ghosts so early in the game.
I don't think that's even possible even if you wanted to try it.
Ghost Academy + Cloaking + Starport + Factory + Medivac + Ghost = 650 gas
vs
Twilight + Dark Shrine + Robotics Facility + DT = 475 gas
It would just take way too long to tech to. Even if you wanted to do a tactic like that and good luck ever going for a strategy like that as part of a build that can be transitioned out of lol.
I think if you're going for that much you may as well go for the nuke.
cloaked ghost drop into main, nuke mineral line.
