As for right now I think that putting flash above INnoVation is pure fanboyism. Flash gets a lot of hype, but outside proleague he hasn't gone the distance yet. Proleague is SUCH a different tournament from individual tournaments that I think his stats there, while impressive, cause people to overestimate his ability.

im sure flash is better than innovation .. he is also murdering almost everyone in PL .. i think the last time i check he has the most kills and ranking no. 1 in PL beating rain and innovation in it ... he is also the only player in the same caliber as innovation in terms of style of play .. so before(except his early start in sc2) and after still a God

Mvp can indeed get surgery as noted by Dodgin, but I remember him indeed mentioning that the break is quite long (not sure how many months) since it's a neck disk problem. Also a neck disk problem might be something you'd be a little more nervous about than CTS. A little more sensitive an area. In all interviews, Mvp basically says that if he took such a break from progaming there'd be no way he'd recover. Though I disagree with the belief, it seems he's pretty set on this concept. Has there been any cases where a progamer has taken 6+ months off and come back to be really successful? Honest question, I don't follow a lot of players that closely.
Also, you need to be REALLY fucking sure the problem is with that particular disk. I can't even begin to count the amount of people who've had spine surgery and they fixed a disk, yet that wasn't the problem and their symptoms presisted.

Don't get me wrong, MMA and MKP is close, but 2 GSL titles to 0, so I give the edge to MMA. No Taeja? No Polt? I would say that both of those guys enjoyed significantly more success than marineking over the course of WoL. MKP was definitely ahead in the early stages, but he fell off SO hard in 2012 that its not even funny. MKP had 3 GSL finals appearances. Taeja didn't even make the finals once. I think Taeja and Polt are the remaining top 5 of WoL but it goes for me: 1. Mvp 2. MMA 3. MKP 4. Polt 5. Taeja
It's always tough, but I think MKP just barely ranks MMA for number 2 (I hate MKP too) and Taeja gets #4 over Polt. They're not gsl champs but overall, they were more consistent and won a fair amount/had a lot of notable finishes.
