Most of the Zerg in RO16 wasnt good enough in anycase. Yeah, these are the numbers and here are some comments: 3 of the zergs where foreigner, so they basically should not count. You want a perfect 3/3/2 split in ro8. Notice that if one of the zergies fails then suddenly it turns into a 4/2/2 "OMG T Imba"! And this is what happened - Symbol failed, ForGG moved into Ro8 and suddenly we had the "OMG imba half of the guys are T" playerpool. Notice that same thing happened in Code S, only with 4 zergs in the Ro8. Then we had a bracket of mirrors and then a very close series between sOs and Soulkey. with Innovation loosing

Going to the finals after losing one just the week before in an embarassing fashion is just an amazing accomplishment. He has however shown that he is mortal and has problem dealing with high pressure. But this makes him even more awesome imo. Definitively became a fan over the past days!!! Innovation's mechanics are incredibly impressive -- perhaps the best in the world in that aspect. That said, it really looked like Mvp had his number in the games that went past hellbat drops. A lot of his play seems to rely upon doing critical damage with his drops; in game 7 vs. SoulKey that mentality really back-fired on him.
Not true. For instance game one where Bogus kept getting the better engagements and once he had that lead he didn't give it up.

He had less than a few months to start playing again once the next season started and pushed to the OSL Ro4 vs Fantasy again. Hydra plays with 1 eye. Hoejja and other players are lefties.Don't pretend only MVP has it hard. HOLY SHIT NOT LEFTIES!! OMG I'M SO SORRY FOR THEM lol
Being left-handed is actually a handicap for lots of different mechanical reasons, keyboard design mostly.

I remember when Taeja was that best in the world mechanically amazing timing incredible damage terran who couldn't lose an engagement and he couldn't put a foot wrong. Then he played Rain who sat back and just chain stormed him every time he went up a ramp and then storm dropped his bases and Taeja looked completely stumped. Taeja was so much better than Rain and on paper should have dominated him if you looked at it purely from "mechanics" (an overused term) but ultimately there's a reason this is called a strategy game I reckon Flash will be watching those Mvp games very closely. The telling thing is that Innovation looked relieved that it was over whereas Mvp had what I like to call the Man United Mentality - I lost this one, but I'll be back here again and you won't have the advantage next time.
Excellent points. Mvp definitely did look like that after G5. Something I recall from an earlier GSL when MarineKing was talking about Mvp and MKP said that he admired Mvp's "mental strength."
He'll be back.
