We are pleased to announce fifth season of the online individual StarCraft 2 league Ritmix RSL V.

yes, as far as I know
sc2tv.ru, Nathanias and TaKeTV for the three main languages at least, and EmSc Tv is also always involved in RSL events, I'm pretty sure casters are the same as always for all languages

Siiick groups. Besides the sheer amount of great players in all the groups, I'm really happy to see some Chinese players in the mix. Jim can be really scary. In fact I think you could argue he is favored to make it out of his group.

Yeah, groups are great, every group has at least one player that really makes me want to watch.
I guess they mostly made EU-only and Not-EU-only groups to make scheduling and timezone coordination easier, or maybe to reduce the amount of server-switches and the lag difference.
