I agree. Unlike the 11/11 or 12/13 which is higher reward and lower risk.

He's not very good at 3 base management so he probably wants to stay on 2 bases whole game and this build is tailored for it

bad players tend to use bad builds. Even if you have not played forgg before to know how unskilled he is, he should know that stephano is capable of roach armies and that his build sucks vs stephanos build...
