You're never dead with 60 larva, 3k/2k, and a maxed lategame army. Even if he had 0 eco. You just need to win one fight and then you have a huge lead.

Wow.

IdrA holds his games to such ridiculously high standards. He gets in this macro groove, then once you screw that up he tilts so hard. All it would have taken is a few lings and an ultra to defend the first double drop at top right (in addition with his static defense) and he could have continued sieging the planetary. Instead, he underdefends, loses two hatcheries, falls apart mentally, and ggs soon after more drops.

So, so hard to keep rooting for you IdrA.

Well that was terrible but Idra had very little chance of winning that game when Polt had already perfect composition. Attacking on Daybreak as Zerg vs mine/raven into planetary fortress in the middle is not possible.

Hmmm, IdrA is truly his own worst enemy. I mean I'm actually starting to question his intelligence. Watching his stream etc. he seems to have totally shielded himself from any self-criticism and blames everything on the balance. I can assure you he was thinking he waaaay outplayed Polt in the early/mid game and that he deserved to win. He was playing on par with Polt and perhaps also winning by simply defending decently.

He should seriously retire, it's getting painful to watch...

IdrA's mentality is ridiculous, he had a great chance of defeating Polt's army despite losing plenty of Hatcheries with one good engagement. I don't understand what really is his psychological block against competing, but he really has to change it fast before it gets to him permanently.

He was not dead yet but VERY behind. He lost 2 bases and missed the only timing to do damage. Against the final polt composition with ravens his bank is not so useful...
