I don't know him, but I have followed Major since he was an up and coming foreigner in BW. He seems like a very talented individual who doesn't have the maturity and dedication to be a top player.
His constant team jumping and seeming inability to improve beyond "shows a lot of promise" don't bode well for his long term potential imo. I hope it works out for him but that is just my take.
