Yup, Gumiho vs Innovation has the potential to be the best series of the year.

I'm going to call a HyuN upset because that guy has so much skill. Stranger things have happened before.

INnoVation 2 - 1 Rain
HyuN 2 - 1 GuMiho
INnoVation 1 - 2 HyuN
Rain 2 - 1 GuMiho
INnoVation 2 - 1 Rain

HyuN and INnoVation advance!

Rain and Innovation are arguably the best players of their races. I don't see anyone but them standing a chance in this group.

I always fund it funny that this is said every season of GSL.

Fortunately, it's always true

The player pool gets deeper and deeper.
I think the next season will be the first time you can safely say the player pool hasbeen diluted :/

Doubtful - very few Code S players left for EU/NA and there are a few suitable players in Code A that could easily match most players in Code S

Innovation aka Bogus is THE best terran in HOTS, from what i've seen. His play vs Zerg/Protoss is still above other Terrans. IMO

He may have lost vs Flash but he is still a better player in 2 other match ups, and i hope he will act on that and fix his TvT to at least Flash level. "At least Flash level" may sound silly but its Flash the human who plays sc2.

Edit: silly wordings

Hero, Taeja, MC, Mvp, Hyun are some significant ones. I don't feel it's a big hit to Code S since there are really good players that can replace them, but it still makes me sad

As long as the group provides as awesome games as are expected from this lineup, I won't care who advances. All of these guys are amazing players. SO looking forward to watching this group.

yea I hate when a match is expected to be amazing, and then it ends 2-0 with boring build order losses lol

If there is anything you can say about this group, is the equality between each player in this group and the potential for incredibly high-level play demonstrated. I could see any of these players in the Ro8-Ro4, and taking games off each other in close and entertaining games. Maybe it does lack the sheer starpower or achievements of Group G, but it should be one hell of a group to watch.

Anything can happen here, but its hard to bet against Bogus! Im torn between the three others; Hyun is solid and zerg is looking very good at the highest level right now, Rains skill is unquestionable, and Gumihos talents are made for HotS!
