And unless you don't understand his dry French humour yea he can seem cocky but most of it is just confidence and his trollish personality. He can be very blunt sometimes but I don't think that's bad mannered I actually prefer honesty then being twofaced like 99% of other progamers

He has a very high opinion of himself, sometimes speaks faster than he thinks or at least doesn't think about the consequences, and he doesn't hesitate to say what he has in mind, but he is usually good-mannered. Never getting angry after a loss.
I think he's stubborn in the respect that he tends to do the same build over and over again, so that those who study him and learn the way he plays tend to beat him (e.g., him getting creamed in the GSL).

He definitely exhibits nonchalance when he plays, but he's also incredibly cocky and is bad mannered in real life, if you look at all the controversial things he's done.
