We have to remember that the best Protoss and Zerg players were already invited while Terrans had to catch up in numbers through the qualifiers.

Wasnt mvp, forgg and mma invited?

Yeah, because without them there would've been 3 (!) terrans in the whole invite list.

Maybe the EU terrans aren't actually that bad and its balancing itself out. If anything this is a sign of a more balanced environment, if these relatively unknown terrans roll the actual WCS we might have problems.

Feels great but 6 Terran of 6 and 6/6 Europeans?

Seriously this must be why I hear most complaining at lower levels of SC2, Terran seems quite dominant unless you can get a really really good player then for some odd inexplicable reason it does a polar shift, in Code S KR there are a majority Zerg now! So this is getting pretty bizarre.

Like mentioned before the strong toss and zerg players got invited for EU already. So it was likely that Terrans will qualify. Anyway seems like Blizzard managed to balance mortal level Terran, without buffing Korean level Terran to much.

And complaining from the lower level is standard. You heard it before with Fungals and you hear it now with Widow mines. AoEs are the bane of noobs. At the end only the race distribution there tells the truth. And in WoL Terran dominated bronze level pretty hard lol.

This has nothing to do with perceived dominance but metagame.
In GSL code A qualifier you had only 7 T to 11 P and 12 Z.
Simply on foreigner level hellbat drops came back with a vengeance and now terran may be doing a little too good.

Or we're looking at a tiny number of random matches and this result could have come about when P or Z is OP instead. At least look at the total win rates and not whoever qualified.

I don't doubt that in WoL terran was rubbish at foreigner level and current metagame may sort itself out it time.
But if it doesn't we cannot go all the way in the other direction letting WCS Europe become dominated by part-time terran players. It's not like the issues are easy to fix. Hellbat drops are the only thing keeping mech play alive.

I think Blue-Flame could effect Hellbats again while they deal less damage without them . That might do it The Hellbat dropping becomes way easier to deal with later on ( it's still pretty strong )

The Koreans , Welmu , Bling , Beasty , maybe Livezerg , Targa ? It's pretty hard to make a prediction. There's so many good europeans that have the potential to win one of those things. I would love to see Goody qualify but it doesn't look that likely :8

Well looking at the other races i dont really see many players that can compete with them. Stephano.. Thats about it.

Targa, Empire Terrans, Welmu, Koreans
maybe Bling, maybe Xlord or someone unknown, Idk

LiveZerg will probably die in the Ro16 or Ro8 again, I wish he'd make it. He looks like an alien, it'd be nice to have an alien in Code S. Also, Titan would have a friend there.

Awww. Yeah.
