It's very hard to beat an SC1 pro in ZvZ. The only thing these guys did in BW was muta and ling micro. Jaedong would face-stomp Life in a ZvZ.

I think a major reason this is happening is because KeSPA fans felt disrespected back in 2010 when new fans who only followed SC2 and eSF players started proclaiming new gods and heroes of StarCraft (which were mere B-teamers and punching bags in BW by the way). KeSPA fans couldn't stand that these players were freeloading in SC2 while their heroes were stuck playing BW and had to go through a long and tough transition period. Now that that's over and KeSPA is here to stay for good, the old school fans are seeking a sense of vindication. This will last until tournaments are dominantly represented by KeSPA (which includes KeSPA picking up straggling eSF pros).

I don't know what to call the situation where losers bully around the neighborhood when the real gang leaders aren't around.

In general you're correct but I think your example is an exceptionally bad one. In my opinion Jaedong is one of the lesser KesPA zerg players (even if his ZvZ is by far his best) while Life is without a doubt the best eSF zerg player.
I would not be surprised if Life adapts to the new ZvZ and performs at the top with players like RorO and soO.

KESPA. fuck yea
In all seriousness, I'm really surprised curious didn't make it through.

I would put sOs as the #1 protoss right now. He's certainly been the most consistent.

Seems pretty clear he's not the only one with a sense of superiority around here, my friend.

Him or Rain, they're both godly.
Ro8 Flash, Innovation, PartinG, sOs, RorO, Rain, Life and and Fantasy? I'd watch it.

Anyone claiming Kespa >>> eSF after today needs to shut the hell up . The play of the whole group overall was pretty weak even sOs that pretty much dominated the group did not look that solid. If someone puts him at #1 Prtoss after this than thats just sad.
