I've seen Taeja mix in some Firebats into his TvP bio composition. Innovation was using a few mines against MC. Tons of Terrans are going Bio+Mines against Zerg. Vipers have been used in quite a few ZvTs, and Swarm Hosts have made a few appearances as well.

This exactly. It makes absolutely no sense from a competitive standpoint to have a best of three determine a 3k difference in prize money, when a best of 5 determined a 1k difference in the round of 32.

I don't know who to root for in the Finals. Both def deserve to win. I'm leaning more towards Life since Zerg hasn't done well at all.

My prediction is Flash takes it 4-1. Life didn't look super impressive against Last and while Last probably didn't look as impressive against Life because of Life himself, I still feel Flash the way he played today can take it easily which is obviously big words but I believe it.
4-1 my call.

This is the best possible match-up that I can think of out of any players right now. Trying to think of a better one.
Maybe Stephano-Marineking? The quality would be less but the hype would be equal.

Why not BO 5 with the grand final playing at the same time on the other stream near the end or something? There were multiple streams the whole time not everyone saw every game.
