The usual: Don't flame casters or players. Don't discuss balance in this or any LR thread. Don't call your fellow posters idiots. Be excited, happy and entertained.

I'm confident the Zergs will find a way eventually, but this series was brutal. Maybe the reason is Leenock is just not good enough, Life probably can do better.

MVP, flash, innovation, bomber, last, mkp, Taeja, Polt? what does the zerg have? Leenock and life, maybe stephano and sen. Racewise its so stack it just isn't fair. But skillwise, this is a great MLG to watch Protoss seemed well represented, at least initially. ? Bear in mind Seed, Hero, got knocked out. Parting/MC/Rain are still in the tournament. Zerg, Leenock and Life are pretty two of the top Zergs no? Sure it would be nice to have Hyun in the mix as well, but Zerg doesn't seem to be doing well in HOTS, hence all the balance whining. ![]()

They got slaughtered by Terrans in the qualifiers. in qualifiers that were done during beta....

Stephano is a foreigner zerg that haven't adjusted well against koreans right now and certainly not HOTS. 2 of the top 4 Zergs vs 8 of the top 10 Terrans, gee I wonder why Zerg isnt doing better this tourney. TB's point stands. It doesn't, all the best Zergs but Life and Leenock lost in qualifiers Life and Leenock are only at MLG because they placed in the Top 4 at MLG Fall Championship - they did not participate in the qualifiers.

You gotta remember zerg dominated MLGs and other tournies for months before this came out. Give it some time before you freak about balance. We remember, but zergs spent year figuring out how to win with the tools they had. This just feels like terran has had it handed to them.... Oh please. Like all the nerfs/buffs and bigger maps had nothing to do with the changes and it was all 'learning to use the tools'? Try to be at least a little bit objective here. The point remains that Zergs are floating 2k+ minerals and not building static D. Terrans built turrets, sensor towers, and even planetaries to defend and control space. P build cannons and leave HT to feedback medivacs. Why should Z NOT have to do something similar? If there were masses of spines/spores and drops were still this devestating THEN we might have a problem... but I can't see how anyone can argue that floating thousands of minerals and leaving bases wide open is anyone's fault but their own.
