The usual: Don't flame casters or players. Don't discuss balance in this or any LR thread. Don't call your fellow posters idiots. Be excited, happy and entertained. |

10 points for this man, longer practice is only good if you actualy learn from it. With a Professional organisation behind you your schedule is alot more varied and you are not as much on "auto pilot" as you were if you just sit down and play/ladder all on your own without advice/help.

LoL has 32 million active users, they have plenty of people they can grab through marketing and advertising to watch their streams.
100k viewers is like 0.3% of its playerbase. Though this should tell you how dedicated starcraft fans are relative to the playersize

It's also not only the practice but their resources and coaching staff, korean infrastructure is miles ahead.

They know how to analyze, how to do effective practice, and how to work harder. There have never been equal practice existed while comparing Koreans to foreigners. Ofc they have more attention to details compared to foreigners, cause they are more nerdy. East Asians are more nerdy, that's why they are good at Math and analyzing things.

OK GUYS!
Polt vs Creator! Letsgo!

NO, Polt is not a foreigner. I hated how they used that when SeleCT was an active SC2 player.

I love this GAME now. VASTLY superior players just SLAUGHTERING these terrible foreigners. This is how it should be. I was so sick of garbage like Goswwser winning against players like MVP. It was a fucking joke.
Everyone knew the last year of WoL was a terrible joke.
This tournament is a godsend. Watching these insanely skilled koreans just slaughter through the terrible patchzergs.
GG HotS has succeeded in every way possible.
Nothing is OP, it just looks that way since ironically, the game is actually balanced hahahah. Korean zergs, protosses, and terrans all winning.
Yawn.

For example by all accounts Dan Henderson was a workhorse (Olympic Greco-Roman wrestler, PRIDE Middleweight Champion, probably a hall of famer in any MMA conversation) and that didn't stop him from getting starched and choked out by Anderson Silva, who trained with fucking Steven Segal. So, what you're saying is... foreigners need to start training under Steven Seagal?

Bad analogy, anderson silva fights with massive advantages in MMA, the dude is has super long limbs and is super tall for his weight class (he is taller than most LHW's, he is taller than the greatest HW of all time). Who's the greatest HW of all time?
Fedor obviously. But it depends on if you mean in an absolute or relative sense. I think relative is the only one worth mentioning as absolute is pretty much always just who is the best now.

Don't get overexcited. The more foreigners drop out, the less viewers it will be. And it will probably keep going down in the future if no foreigner can compete anymore.

Apparently Texas is annexed by Korea all along.
