Uh people were saying he was top 50 hots beta with the barcode O_o (and top 50 is really hard to do at the end of hots ^^).

They had to play korean protoss, meanwhile MVP and Dream are playing foreigner Z/P.

I'm not saying that medivacs are balanced (they do seem strong), but I think we should wait until we see players like PartinG or Rain play against players like Mvp or MarineKing, so we get to see how it works at the very top level. Mvp would've won that game without the speed boost as well, Grubby was way behind after that opening. dunno about rain. seems like he gets picked apart by multitasking terrans a lot. dream and flash tore him apart pretty easily Replace him with Creator! Creator's not the best against drops either. It's how jjakji and Bomber picked him apart in the past. He's better at beating Terrans that want to play in straight up engagements instead of multipronged attacks
Damnit who is then? Seed? MC? Squirtle?
This obviously doesn't weaken my point, but still wanna know!

Yes please, that way protoss players can't oneshot them with feedbacks anymore. The only thing that needs to change is their cooldown, make it really long so players can't just engage it whenever they feel like it and it would be fine imo.

Mvp is not the best terran player in the world guys.. He dropped out of Code A less than a month ago. Stop justifying something that probably is too strong by saying "it's MVP". He was the most consistent player in wol for sure, amazing the first years, but to say it's fine because it's in the hand of Mvp is wrong.

The funniest thing about people balance whining is that if Stephano/Dream/Mvp all end up in the top three, we'll have 4 of each race in the knockout rounds.
And we also currently have a member of each race winning a group from the first three groups.
Who would have thought that Mvp could beat Grubby. Balance that shit.

He was definitely playing quite a bit, i think it was just more to him looking below par compared to how he usually looks sloppy multitasking etc, nothing to do with the new game.
Thorzain would've done well in this tournament i'm pretty sure, he looks strong at HotS.

ohh he missed creepi with a second

I think burrow was the most underused ability in WoL. Only player that kept getting it every game was Leenock.
If you can use it to save a queen and delay an expo, it's worth it. Should be gotten every game that goes into the midgame imo.,

we are very likely gonna get overly hyped for TLO because of the casters and then fully disappoint when the action picks up

People get livid every time a Protoss loses. That won't ever change.

Lucifron said himself the other day that he was playing really badly, he certainly wasn't playing up to his usual standard anyway.
MVP and Dream are a sure bet out of this group as arguably they're the best players in it. I'd be worried if either of them didn't advance.

New speed ovies are really useful

What's always bugged me is how sc2 holds the hand of players using air units by providing so much dead airspace.
