And it seems we have a new Chapter in SC2 History after Lings of Liberty - rise of the patchzergs: HotS - demise of the patchzergs. The only chapter so far is players with a lot of HotS experience smashing players with little.

"a laptop when you need it, a tablet when you want it". sounds like they openly admit tablets don't actually make sense :D And they are right, for most of today´s productivity work, they are currently still pretty useless. It will get better though, we´re still at the baby stage of what a tablet can do. If the MS Surface Pro matures further (the first one is pretty disappointing but it already shows that is had potential) you can basically do everything on a tablet. The keyboard of a laptop is still very important for our everydays work and an emulated keyboard on a tablet isn´t able to beat it, yet. If touch interfaces get better though (faster respone) it´s going to be a very close race. But back to the topic: Let´s hope Snute gets his confidence back, I actually like that guy.

For example I played BW only once or twice or something and it is close to unwatchable for me because I have no clue whats going on. It really depends which game you are playing. Personally I have no problem watching dota, LoL or sc2 but I know almost every single LoL player says that Dota is unwatchable for them because they have no idea whats going on. The scheme is really dark a lot of insane long range stuff is going on. TLDR: if you play the game its watchable, if not not really neither game is watchable if you dont play. i realize that. But you cant argue that brood war's art style was unclear. You're not going to mistake a dragoon for a scout, or even a firebat for a marine. These are consistent visuals which allows the viewer to follow the action, even if they don't understand. Whereas you may not have understood the strategies that bw players do, you're never going to be confused by what you see on screen. With LoL that's much different, due to different skins and heroes that change between matches, on top of the visual clutter of spells. Sting is stompin nerds.
