Lucifron and Kas went down pretty heavily as well. Its not so much them being zergs (just look at ret) as all of these players started practicing hots very recently (IEM kinda fucked them over in that regard ^^) I also think Snute is playing really poorly for whatever reason and I doubt things would be hugely different scorewise for him if this tourny had been wol | ||

Edit: I should add that I don't agree ^^. They are just having a bad tournament or haven't adapted to hots yet, just as Lucifron or Kas which nobody would call patchterrans. | ||

Most of the people who failed (Lucifron, Kas, various zergs) didn't practice enough HotS. Most were under the impression IEM would be WoL but it was changed on such short notice. | ||

Patchtoss? LucifroN had a very good run, Patchterran... just because players came up at a time where their race was strong, doesn't mean they got strong because of a certain change. I can assure you that no one rises from not skilled to top tier with just one change. | ||
