Just imagine if every unit in starcraft could cast some spell and you watch a high level game for the first time without any game knowledge. You probably would just be confused about whats going on. Nah. Starcraft has a very clear art style, and it's easy to immediately discern different units from each other. LoL has this strange ambient glow on everything that makes it really tough to see the units clearly, especially while they're moving, or when there's tons spell animations everywhere.

LoL has this strange ambient glow on everything that makes it really tough to see the units clearly, especially while they're moving, or when there's tons spell animations everywhere. While sc might be a bit easier to watch its by no means easy. For example I played BW only once or twice or something and it is close to unwatchable for me because I have no clue whats going on. It really depends which game you are playing. Personally I have no problem watching dota, LoL or sc2 but I know almost every single LoL player says that Dota is unwatchable for them because they have no idea whats going on. The scheme is really dark a lot of insane long range stuff is going on. TLDR: if you play the game its watchable, if not not really

And it seems we have a new Chapter in SC2 History after Lings of Liberty - rise of the patchzergs: HotS - demise of the patchzergs.
