yeah, that too. Though Hydras/Stalkers/sentries don't benefit a lot from upgrades, and roaches only mediocre - so the 2-0 upgrade disadvantage isn't that huge.

The oracle itself isn't easier, but it's easier to get detection from a wider range of builds, such as if you open stargate.
