You saw the games, Bogus's unit control, macro, multitasking, and positioning was phenomenal. He messed up against a 2 base all in on Icarus and failed a tricky 3 banshee build on whirlwind. Other than those 2 blunders, he pretty much outplayed symbol, even in game 2 where symbol was massively ahead and barely won due to Bogus's superior late game management. Bogus does NOT have perfect army control. He was nuked by banelings, let 10 ultras freely attack his riners and more. He does have insane multitasking, but Gumiho in GSTL-final mode shows the same, but with a hint of insanity to it.

Ah I get that. I do think he was the best player in the world during summer 2012 but the hype got pretty bad, I agree. I like the kid though. He always seems like he's enjoying the game and having fun at events.

That wouldve been a nice send off for WoL since zergs wont do any winning the way HotS currently is. Well a nice send off for WoL is to at least have a terran around. I mean it is the terran expansion and GomTvT so keeping a terran for at least this long seems to be a requirement. There hasn't been a Code S GSL semis without a terran yet from all I can remember. Correct me otherwise. off of the top of my head, july vs mc finals had 3 protoss and july in the semis, there was also no guarantee that soulkey would've won that game if he had destroyed the planetary, more likely than not it wouldn't have made much of a difference, taeja would have had a stronger army and plenty of a bank still.

MVP had the title because he could beat you with 11/11 as much as he could spank your ass in a 30-min long slugfest. Bogus' strongest point is by far his macro, multitasking is good but not MMA level (at his top), and his micro is great but inferior to MKP's best point.
He has yet to improve, it's hasty to give him accolades he hasn't yet shown merits for.

Its been going on for a while.
Frankly for me the only KeSPA player that deserved his hype was Rain. And he dropped off massively after he made the silly decision to give up his Code S spot. Never quite been the same player since then. Nobody else has looked as impressive.

Were we watching different streams? Apparently, MC got scouted and wrecked in the last game. Simply stop to give roro credit for those games! I really prefer MC to Roro but I have to say Roro was just better this time. MC tried to do some weird builds, sometimes he's awesome at doing that but it didn't work this time. Still I love MC style, it would be so much better if the builds he did worked, but they didn't. I guess he'll have better time in HotS though. Much better to do crazy things as P imo.

Yeah.. I can't remember what series or tournament it was, but I remember Taeja doing something that rubbed me the wrong way. It might have been insanely early or repeated manner mules.

I would say his army movement and position is top notch. His 'in battle' micro is probably his weakness but still decent.
