Else all is lost How are TLO and HayprO any better than any of the current players? Please elaborate. Kespa teams are not getting enough credit to how fast they are improving in SC2. They obviously didn't listen to the hype about EG-TL and just practiced their asses of instead. My respect for Kespa teams are growing exponentially. Too bad they don't play in GSTL. Would love to see them vs the established SC2 ESF teams. I think the elephant would stomp them.

Sure, 4-1 looks better than 4-0 on paper, but a lost is a lost (unless it comes down to tiebreakers which is less likely in a season this long). Remember that WJS also had their best player (Soulkey) in the 6th game. Soulkey is actually their fourth best player by results.

There best player is Stephano, and he can carry them in all-kill rounds. Taeja is also very good, and JYP has been consistent. Everyone else hasn't been playing well. They'll do okay again in round 5 when the all-kill format returns. Stephano will be in proleague top shape by then.

Nothing wrong with the coach, don't blame him. JD should get out of this team if he wants to show results.

Yes, Stephano is their best player....lol!....*sarcasm* most players in this team win one or two matches ![]() BUT EGTL is off my list of possibly making a comeback...Taeja/JYP's play was the sloppiest ive seen of them lately...was just....awful

Also, Rounds four and onward are HoTS so we will likely see a slight reshuffle in terms of player levels. Some players might adjust faster, some slower. Balance and maps might as be tilted towards a specific race/play style.

Yes, doom & gloom is popular on forums. But EG-TL is going to win this match, mark my words. EG-TL has been oddly successful vs. Woongjin before (unlike CJ, who routinely owns them for no apparent reason) - and despite being the last place team, they're still not doing as badly as you'd think. A few won games and they're darn near 50-50. More importantly - THEY"RE NOT PLAYING AT THE OGN STUDIO. Excepting Stephano, who does not get intimidated, EG-TL is severely disadvantaged at the OGN studio. They just mentally fall apart. Not a lot of heart on the team. But they do have a lot of skill. And they're not playing in the OGN studio. They're playing when they have something to prove. And they're playing a team they do oddly well against. This has all the hallmarks of an upset & a reason for EG-TL fans to hope again (until they play in the OGN studio next week and get unceremoniously destroyed by whatever team they're facing). P.S. Anyone have the link to the Korean stream. NaverTV or something like that? Words marked.

By the way, I'm not even surprised to see Jaedong losing, his prime was long over around 2010.

Next time less goofing around on streams, more proleague preparation perhaps?
