DRG: GSL Champion, GSL Finalist, OSL Finalist, MLG Arena Champion and 2nd place, MLG Champion and 2nd place, among various other small tournament wins. I'm not even going to mention Dreamhack or IEM because they're foreigner heavy tournaments with 3-4 Koreans sprinkled in.

Taeja: MLG Arena Champion

Bomber: MLG Champion

Bogus:...

Yeah, it's shocking and a testament to imbalance, that DRG is favored in this group.

Especially considering that DRG won most of his shit when Zerg was favored against, and Terrans had the upper hand in the match-up. You can talk about imbalance and such, but DRG is just just better than these players. That's what it comes down to.

Exactly. Not to mention he had the most dominant run of any player in GSTL, when Zerg was doing very badly. He's by far the most accomplished of these 3 players.

It said ro16 advance rate, not ro32. Every time he is in ro16 he advances to ro8.

There are loads of good terrans. It's just we haven't figured out how to play vs Z nowadays. Passive doesnt work, agressive can work but hard to pull off and Z must make a mistake, mech doesnt work anymore, bio mech is trashed by any combination, bio works before infestors are out...

Give me a break, Ryung? Bogus? Byun? even bomber? They are monsters.... But Z is SO FUCKIN powerful!

I consider a good terran as someone who wins the major tournaments. None of those guys have

In that case you are not aknowledging the fact that Terran is having a very hard time vs Z. How to win a tourney when ZvT metagame is soooo hard for T right now?

Skill-wise there are still many terran's who play incredibly well (and in my opinion WAYYY better than the Zergs out there, skill ceiling between races is incomparable), but until someone comes up with something that will give Terran's a way of fighting back vs Z, there will be NO terrans winning any tournaments.

meh

Thing is. Maps were already being changed (bigger, more 'safe' spots for OLs, easier to defend thirds) to help balance the early/mid game. And winning rates were near 50/50 in Feb Mar. Then Blizzard decided to just revamp the whole meta game with a EARLY game change. Since SC2 is snowbally in nature, even slightly changes in the early game has huge effects on the mid/late game.
