Ok I'll bite.
1) The biggest favourite objectively speaking still has to be Rain. My heart's favourite are still Jjakji and Seed.
2) uhhhhhhhh...no comment
3) I was going to say Stars, but they already have 3 players in GSL. It's gotta be KT I think. Now that I've said that it's totally Team 8.
4) StarTale or FXO (more of a longshot). ST have so many players that if 1/4th their Code B players make Code A it's more than most teams can field.
5) Too many to name. A lot of Code B players are Code B for a reason =p
6) Protoss. Let me help you see that: Tear, Ace, TREME, Avenge, Rain, Seed, Stats, Wooki, Jangbi, Stork, Tails, herO, free, Choya, Mini, Dear, Terminator, Jaehoon, San, Inca, Vines, JYP, Crank, Alicia, Oz.
7) Terran. Most of the good terrans are already in Code A and S as per usual 
8) Yes. Too many elephants not in Code A that have (finally) shown decent play in SPL. There are only 5-6 non-Kespa players that I would shoe in otherwise. Randomness aside, I think it will still be something like 60:40 Kespa:everythingelse.

Biggest dark horse? so many qualify, no real dark horses, maybe the Azubu guys

Elephant time? Yes (heck, most of the players trying to qualify, will be KeSPA)
My overall prediction is that there will be many players qualifying who are neither on KeSPA nor on ESF teams.
So many good koreans are on foreigner teams or teamless.

 Whale can easily win Group 3 and BisAnG was in finals last time + he qualified for the last OSL.

Seed has the easiest path to the semi finals you could ask for other than two BYE's, if he fails It's going to be so sad.
